Shipping policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES: 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business says (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped

All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow an additional 5-7 days for your package to be delivered. All packages are shipped from Hartford, Connecticut. 

*Due to the impacts of COVID-19, USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability. Please allow additional time for packages to be delivered. 

**Because of the volatility of candle wax, we will only ship Monday-Thursday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. This is meant to avoid having candles sit on delivery trucks or in warehouses for an extended period of time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping is available for orders over $75 

LOCAL PICK-UP 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick-up. Local pick-up is available for customers residing in the state of Connecticut. Pick-up is only available within 20 miles of Hartford, CT. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. At check-out, select the local pick-up option. You will receive a text message and email confirmation with instructions and location where you can retrieve your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently do not offer shipping outside the U.S
